Fertilizer grades commonly use N–P2O5–K2O percentages by mass. Fertilizer kg=required nutrient kg/(percentage/100). For elemental conversions P≈0.4364×P2O5 and K≈0.8301×K2O; do not mix elemental and oxide conventions. Use actual product labels; the values here are illustrative arithmetic.
