Choose Your Exam. Build Your Preparation Plan.
Explore agriculture admissions, doctoral entrances, eligibility tests and recruitment pathways. Start with the right official syllabus, then connect it to available study resources.
This hub provides exam orientation, preparation checklists and official-source links. Available notes, videos and practice tests are linked separately. Dedicated full courses, exam-specific mock packages and previous-paper collections are not yet available for every track.
Check the current official notice for dates, eligibility, paper pattern and fees. A preparation listing does not mean applications are open.
Find Your Exam Track
PG Entrance
ICAR JRF / AIEEA (PG)
Use the current ICAR AIEEA (PG) route for postgraduate admission and the associated scholarship rules. JRF is a common search term; confirm the exact terminology in the current bulletin.
Rajasthan Pre-PG
A preparation pathway for postgraduate agriculture and allied-science admissions through Rajasthan’s Pre-PG process. The coordinating university and portal can change between admission cycles.
Ph.D. Entrance
ICAR SRF / AICE-JRF/SRF (Ph.D.)
The doctoral entrance route is titled ICAR AICE-JRF/SRF (Ph.D.). Keep it separate from the PG admission track when selecting a syllabus and preparation materials.
Rajasthan Ph.D. Entrance
Use the current Rajasthan Ph.D. entrance booklet for the participating agricultural universities and subject options. This is a separate preparation track from Pre-PG.
NET & Teaching
ASRB NET
Find the relevant ASRB NET discipline and its current official syllabus. Keep eligibility-test preparation separate from ARS, SMS and STO recruitment requirements.
UGC NET
Organize UGC NET preparation around the common paper and the eligible subject paper. ASRB NET and UGC NET are different examinations; do not treat their syllabi as interchangeable.
CUET
CUET UG
Plan backward from the programme and university you want to enter. Required test subjects and admission conditions depend on the target institution.
CUET PG
Choose the correct CUET PG test-paper code for your intended postgraduate programme and check the participating university’s eligibility requirements.
Recruitment
AAO · Assistant Agriculture Officer
This track refers to Assistant Agriculture Officer recruitment in Rajasthan. The same abbreviation can mean other posts elsewhere; always check the full post title.
AO · Agriculture Officer
Prepare for the advertised Agriculture Officer post using its own official scheme. AO can also stand for unrelated roles, so the full post name matters.
IBPS AFO / Specialist Officer
For this agriculture website, the IBPS pathway focuses on Agricultural Field Officer within Specialist Officer recruitment. Other IBPS routes need their own syllabus and eligibility checks.
NSC · National Seeds Corporation
NSC recruits for different posts; there is no single universal preparation paper for every vacancy. Start with the exact post and advertisement.
Exam-wise Preparation Guides
Open a guide, confirm the official requirements and build your own topic checklist.
ICAR JRF / AIEEA (PG)

Before you apply or choose a test series
Check degree and subject-group eligibility, the current syllabus, examination scheme and the separate admission/counselling process.

Preparation approach
Create a university–programme–subject checklist before choosing papers. Revise school-level foundations for the chosen subjects and add language or aptitude work only where relevant.
Before you apply or choose a test series
Read the current NTA bulletin and each target university’s admission rules. An examination score alone does not complete an admission application.

Your Preparation Workflow
- Confirm the target: exam, post/programme, discipline and current official syllabus.
- Map topics: mark each unit Strong, Needs Revision or Not Started.
- Learn and retrieve: revise one concept, close the notes and explain it from memory.
- Practise and review: classify mistakes as concept, reading, calculation or time-management errors.
- Revisit weak areas: use weekly review to adjust the next week’s plan.
| Weekly block | Suggested task | Record |
|---|---|---|
| Concept study | Two or three syllabus units at your own pace | Topics understood and unresolved questions |
| Practice | Short sets matched to completed units | Accuracy and reason for each error |
| Revision | Re-test earlier weak areas | What improved and what needs another pass |
| Official updates | Review the authority’s notice page | Source URL, notice date and required action |
This is a flexible study framework, not a guarantee of selection or an official exam timetable.
