Objective and concept / उद्देश्य और अवधारणा
Prepare an aid that supports a clear learning objective and test whether learners understand it. Distinguish the aid from the teaching method: a poster, chart or video does not replace explanation and practice.
स्पष्ट सीखने के उद्देश्य का साधन बनाकर समझ जाँचें। साधन और शिक्षण विधि अलग रखें; पोस्टर, चार्ट या वीडियो व्याख्या-अभ्यास की जगह नहीं।
Materials and preparation / सामग्री और तैयारी
Chart paper or slides, markers, verified content, sample visuals and equipment where needed.
चार्ट या स्लाइड, मार्कर, सत्यापित विषय, चित्र और जरूरी उपकरण।
Procedure / कार्यविधि
Step 1 / चरण 1
Choose one objective and audience. Decide whether an audio, visual or combined aid suits the task, language and available facilities.
एक उद्देश्य और विद्यार्थी समूह चुनें। काम, भाषा और सुविधा अनुसार श्रव्य, दृश्य या संयुक्त साधन तय करें।
Step 2 / चरण 2
Draft one central message with readable lettering, contrast, simple organisation and a relevant labelled visual. Remove decorative detail that competes with the message.
पढ़ने योग्य अक्षर, स्पष्ट अंतर, सरल क्रम और नामयुक्त चित्र के साथ एक मुख्य संदेश लिखें। ध्यान भटकाने वाली सजावट घटाएँ।
Step 3 / चरण 3
Check technical accuracy, names, units and source. Test visibility or sound from the learner’s position and arrange a backup if equipment fails.
तकनीकी शुद्धता, नाम, इकाई और स्रोत जाँचें। विद्यार्थी की जगह से दृश्य-ध्वनि तथा उपकरण खराब होने का विकल्प देखें।
Step 4 / चरण 4
Use the aid with explanation and questions. Ask learners to explain the message in their own words, then revise confusing elements.
व्याख्या और प्रश्न के साथ उपयोग करें। विद्यार्थी से अपने शब्दों में संदेश कहलवाकर अस्पष्ट हिस्सा सुधारें।

Complete this after your actual exercise. Leave unknown items marked “not verified”; the blank format is not a completed field report. / वास्तविक अभ्यास के बाद भरें। अज्ञात को “पुष्टि नहीं” लिखें; खाली प्रारूप पूरा हुआ क्षेत्रीय रिकॉर्ड नहीं है।

Good practice and limitations / सावधानियाँ और सीमाएँ
Use your own or permitted images, label illustrative material and avoid unverified doses or universal performance claims. A visually attractive aid may still communicate poorly.
अपने या अनुमति वाले चित्र लें, सांकेतिक सामग्री पहचानें और अपुष्ट मात्रा या सार्वभौमिक परिणाम न लिखें। आकर्षक साधन भी अस्पष्ट हो सकता है।
