Compare formal positions with actual advice and action networks. Identify leadership for a specific task using more than one source, without assuming wealth, age or a title proves leadership.

Procedure / कार्यविधि
Step 1 / चरण 1
Define the task: for example, whom people consult about organising a group activity. Obtain voluntary participation and explain the study purpose.
कार्य तय करें, जैसे समूह गतिविधि में किससे सलाह लेते हैं। स्वैच्छिक भागीदारी और उद्देश्य स्पष्ट करें।
Step 2 / चरण 2
Use sociometric nominations for the defined task, key informant suggestions and observation of actual participation where permitted.
निश्चित कार्य के लिए समाजमितीय नामांकन, प्रमुख सूचनादाता और अनुमति के अनुसार वास्तविक भागीदारी का अवलोकन लें।
Step 3 / चरण 3
Compare sources and check whether women, smallholders and different neighbourhoods are represented. Verify willingness and task competence rather than selecting by frequency alone.
स्रोतों की तुलना और महिला, छोटे किसान तथा अलग बस्ती का प्रतिनिधित्व जाँचें। केवल आवृत्ति नहीं, इच्छा और कार्य क्षमता देखें।
Step 4 / चरण 4
Prepare an anonymised diagram and a short explanation of agreement, differences and limitations. Discuss the method with the teacher.
