Produce a reader-oriented item and distinguish a leaflet, folder, booklet, pamphlet, news item and success story. Format names can vary; match the structure to the purpose, audience and amount of information.

Step 1 / चरण 1
Define one audience and practical question. A leaflet is brief, a folder uses panels or folds, and a booklet gives a longer structured treatment.
एक पाठक समूह और व्यावहारिक प्रश्न तय करें। leaflet संक्षिप्त, folder पैनल-मोड़ वाला और booklet अधिक विस्तृत क्रमबद्ध रूप है।
Step 2 / चरण 2
Write a clear title, key message, steps or facts, suitable visual and source or next step. For news, answer 5W1H and attribute claims.
स्पष्ट शीर्षक, मुख्य संदेश, चरण-तथ्य, चित्र तथा स्रोत या अगला कदम दें। समाचार में 5W1H और दावे का स्रोत रखें।
Step 3 / चरण 3
For a success story, document the original problem, intervention, period, evidence, costs and limitations. Distinguish reported experience from independently verified results.
सफलता-कथा में समस्या, प्रयास, अवधि, प्रमाण, लागत और सीमा दर्ज करें। बताया अनुभव और स्वतंत्र सत्यापित परिणाम अलग रखें।
Step 4 / चरण 4
Pretest with a reader, proofread facts and language, revise and retain the checked version. Label classroom examples as illustrative.
पाठक से पूर्व-परीक्षण, तथ्य-भाषा प्रूफ, सुधार और जाँचा संस्करण रखें। कक्षा उदाहरण को सांकेतिक बताएं।

Good practice and limitations / सावधानियाँ और सीमाएँ
Do not fabricate beneficiaries, quotations, yields or income gains. Obtain consent for identifiable stories and photographs. Avoid presenting a success story as a guarantee.
