Presentation Skills: Planning, Delivery and Feedback

Objective and concept / उद्देश्य और अवधारणा
Deliver a short, organised explanation suited to the audience and assess clarity, evidence, participation and timing. Confidence should support accurate communication, not replace preparation.
विद्यार्थी के अनुसार छोटी क्रमबद्ध व्याख्या दें और स्पष्टता, प्रमाण, भागीदारी तथा समय जाँचें। आत्मविश्वास तैयारी का विकल्प नहीं।
Materials and preparation / सामग्री और तैयारी
A teacher-set time limit, outline, simple aid, timer and feedback sheet.
शिक्षक का समय, रूपरेखा, सरल साधन, घड़ी और प्रतिक्रिया पत्र।
Procedure / कार्यविधि
Step 1 / चरण 1
Define the audience and one learning objective. Organise an opening, two or three key points, an agricultural example and a conclusion.
विद्यार्थी और एक उद्देश्य चुनें। आरंभ, दो-तीन बिंदु, कृषि उदाहरण और निष्कर्ष बनाएं।
Step 2 / चरण 2
Rehearse with a timer. Use readable aids, explain unfamiliar terms and prepare a response to likely questions.
समय से अभ्यास करें। पठनीय साधन, अपरिचित शब्द का अर्थ और संभावित प्रश्न की तैयारी करें।
Step 3 / चरण 3
Speak audibly, face the group, pause and invite a brief response. Avoid reading every word or using slides as a wall of text.
सुनाई देने वाली आवाज, समूह की ओर मुख, विराम और छोटी प्रतिक्रिया रखें। हर शब्द पढ़ना या बहुत पाठ वाली स्लाइड से बचें।
Step 4 / चरण 4
Ask for feedback on clarity, structure, relevance and timing. Note one strength, one improvement and a specific change for the next presentation.
स्पष्टता, क्रम, प्रासंगिकता और समय पर प्रतिक्रिया लें। एक मजबूती, सुधार और अगली प्रस्तुति का निश्चित बदलाव लिखें।

Do not confuse fluent delivery with verified content. Give credit for sources and acknowledge a question you cannot answer instead of inventing a fact.
