Objective and concept / उद्देश्य और अवधारणा
Practise one teaching skill in a reduced teaching situation. Microteaching reduces lesson length, content and group size so that a teacher can observe, improve and try again.

Materials and preparation / सामग्री और तैयारी
A micro-lesson plan, peers, teacher-set timing and an observation rubric; recording only if participants agree.

Procedure / कार्यविधि
Step 1 / चरण 1
Select one skill such as questioning, explaining or using an aid. State the learner objective and prepare a short lesson.
प्रश्न पूछना, समझाना या साधन प्रयोग जैसा एक कौशल चुनें। उद्देश्य और छोटा पाठ बनाएं।
Step 2 / चरण 2
Teach to a small peer group while an observer records specific behaviours, not impressions about your personality.
छोटे साथी समूह को पढ़ाएँ; पर्यवेक्षक व्यक्तित्व राय नहीं, निश्चित व्यवहार दर्ज करे।
Step 3 / चरण 3
Discuss feedback against the rubric: clarity, sequence, learner participation and checks of understanding.
स्पष्टता, क्रम, भागीदारी और समझ-जाँच के मानदंड से प्रतिक्रिया चर्चा करें।
Step 4 / चरण 4
Replan the weak part, reteach and compare the two attempts. State what changed and what still needs practice.

Microteaching is a practice cycle, not merely a short lecture. Do not invent observer comments or claim improvement without evidence from the second attempt.
