Understand local development responsibilities and the distinction between elected local-government institutions and administrative agencies. Verify the actual arrangement in the district rather than copying an old organisational chart.

Step 1 / चरण 1
Review the local PRI structure and relevant departments. DRDA means District Rural Development Agency; its current role or integration may vary by place and policy.
