Define audience and objective, assess access and language, select complementary channels, sequence messages and plan feedback. For awareness use a short public message; for understanding use explanation and discussion; for skill use demonstration and practice; for continued use provide follow-up. Repeating identical text everywhere is not a strategy. Different channels should reinforce the same verified core message in suitable formats.

Track delivery separately from views, comprehension, questions, practice and later use. A view count cannot establish adoption. Offer offline alternatives and accessible text, captions or audio as needed. Keep a correction process when advice changes. Collect only necessary feedback and explain its purpose; public groups should not become stores of private documents.
