Objective and concept / उद्देश्य और अवधारणा
Trace how a university connects research, extension personnel and farmers. Distinguish teaching, research and extension responsibilities, then identify routes for farmer feedback. This is an observation exercise, not a claim about today’s staffing at a particular institution.
विश्वविद्यालय से अनुसंधान, प्रसार कर्मी और किसान का संबंध समझें। शिक्षण, अनुसंधान और प्रसार की जिम्मेदारी तथा किसान प्रतिक्रिया का मार्ग पहचानें। यह अवलोकन अभ्यास है, किसी संस्था के वर्तमान कर्मचारियों का दावा नहीं।

An approved visit plan, notebook, institution’s public organisational information and an interview checklist.

Procedure / कार्यविधि
Step 1 / चरण 1
State the learning objective and arrange a visit through the course teacher. Review the university’s official information before preparing questions.
उद्देश्य लिखकर शिक्षक से भ्रमण तय कराएँ। प्रश्न से पहले विश्वविद्यालय की अधिकृत सूचना पढ़ें।
Step 2 / चरण 2
Identify the extension directorate or equivalent unit and available outreach mechanisms such as KVKs, training, demonstrations or an information centre. Record only what is confirmed locally.
प्रसार निदेशालय या समकक्ष इकाई, KVK, प्रशिक्षण, प्रदर्शन या सूचना केंद्र जैसे वास्तविक माध्यम पहचानें। स्थानीय रूप से पुष्ट विवरण ही लिखें।
Step 3 / चरण 3
Ask how a farmer problem reaches a specialist and how advice and feedback return. Separate the formal organisation chart from an observed service process.
किसान समस्या विशेषज्ञ तक और सलाह-प्रतिक्रिया वापस कैसे आती है पूछें। संगठन चार्ट और वास्तविक सेवा प्रक्रिया अलग रखें।
Step 4 / चरण 4
Draw a labelled linkage diagram, note one strength and one gap, and validate your interpretation with the guide or teacher.

Complete this after your actual exercise. Leave unknown items marked “not verified”; the blank format is not a completed field report. / वास्तविक अभ्यास के बाद भरें। अज्ञात को “पुष्टि नहीं” लिखें; खाली प्रारूप पूरा हुआ क्षेत्रीय रिकॉर्ड नहीं है।

Good practice and limitations / सावधानियाँ और सीमाएँ
Do not invent names, office counts, ongoing projects or visit results. Mark information from an older document as historical and distinguish it from current observations.
