Who Can Apply?
- Candidates must hold a postgraduate degree in the relevant subject.
- Preference for outsource faculty will be given to NET-qualified candidates or Ph.D. degree holders.
- Candidates must be no more than 65 years old.
- Retired teachers may also participate, subject to the notification’s conditions.
Remuneration

The notification specifies a maximum payment of ₹9,000 per credit hour for theory classes and ₹12,000 per credit hour for practical classes. Payment is on a per-class basis; these amounts are not a fixed monthly salary.
