Post-wise Eligibility
01. Research Associate 1 Post
Essential: M.Sc. in Agriculture (Seed Science & Technology / Plant Breeding), OR M.Sc. in Forestry / Botany with experience in Seed Science & Technology; first class / 60% marks / equivalent OGPA. The notice also specifies UGC/CSIR/ICAR/ICFRE NET or Ph.D. in the above disciplines for candidates with a 3-year bachelor’s plus 2-year master’s pathway.
Desirable: Four years’ R&D experience in seed testing laboratories or seed processing units; willingness to work with forest communities; research writing, reporting and computer applications.
02. Senior Project Associate 2 Posts
Essential: M.Sc. in Agriculture (Seed Science & Technology / Plant Breeding), OR M.Sc. in Forestry / Botany with experience in Seed Science & Technology; first class / 60% marks / equivalent grade.
Desirable: Two years’ R&D experience in seed testing laboratories or processing units; forestry applications and data compilation.
Allocation: 1 Seed Processing Unit + 1 Seed Testing Lab.
03. Project Associate 2 Posts
Essential: B.Sc. in Agriculture, Forestry or Botany.
Desirable: Seed collection, field data recording, computer operations, MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
Allocation: 1 Seed Processing Unit + 1 Seed Testing Lab.
04. Lab Technician 1 Post
Essential: B.Sc. in Agriculture, Forestry or Botany.
Desirable: Laboratory sample analysis, data recording, analysis and computer knowledge.
