Educational qualifications
Master’s in Genetics, Plant Breeding, Genetics & Plant Breeding or Biotechnology with a 4/5-year Bachelor’s degree. Applicants with a three-year Bachelor’s require NET/equivalent qualification or a PhD in the specified disciplines.
Experience in Brassica, hybrid or molecular breeding, biotechnology and computer applications is desirable.
Application and declaration
Bring the signed application and declarations in the PDF, original documents, one set of self-attested copies, photograph and applicable NOC. If a relative works at ICAR/IARI, the prescribed written declaration must reach the Head of Division by 25 November.
Engagement is initially until 31 March 2027; extension depends on project continuation and satisfactory performance. No TA/DA is payable.
